Sassy Showpiecez strives to provide efficient and exceptional customer service daily to all of our customers.

Due to health and safety concerns from COVID-19, all sales are final. We are NOT excepting or processing any returns, exchanges, or cancellations. These are for sanitary reasons.

All service based products including graphic designs, website design, and other projects are non-refundable. 

Please make sure that you review our polices in the description before purchasing. 

Lost/Damaged Orders:

We also do not take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments of your item(s), if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.

Once packages have been shipped and your tracking number has been sent out, we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or non-delivered packages. This becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. You will need to contact your local post office in order to resolve this matter. A refund will not be granted in this situation.
