Shipping policy

Order Processing Times: 

Most items ship within one week, once a final mock up is provided. Custom orders may take a little longer. When a mock up is provided, in the case of a custom design, two complimentary revisions are included. However, revisions beyond that are an additional fee of $3.50 each.

During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take an additional 5 business days. We appreciate your patience, while we prepare your order.

 

Shipping Times:

All orders are handmade, custom counted, and packaged with love specifically to your specifications. We currently ship from our warehouse in the United States. We currently ship to the United States. Tracking information will be sent, after your item has been shipped. 

Due to nationwide shipping delays and these unprecedented times, shipping is taking significantly longer to reach their destination. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Sassy Showpiecez is NOT responsible for lost or misplaced shipment. If you have shipping concerns, please contact United States Postal Service directly. You will need to have the tracking information that will be provided for you.

Shipping Costs:

A shipping fee will be added upon completing your order. If your package(s) are returned due to the wrong address that you have provided, you are responsible for an additional shipping fee.
